This insole is not for basketball. Works fine with running. No cushion at all. Feels like you’re walking wood after some nice cushioned shoes.

this will not alleviate pain for plantar fasciitis sufferers — forget about that. but they are relatively comfortable for how thin they are. they came in handy for a pair of shoes with insoles that were too thick for comfort.

Superfeet Green is the right insole for me. I am 6′4″ and 250 lbs with size 10 and 1/2 C feet. Usually I kill my shoes and sneakers from the inside. Using these makes sneakers, hiking boots, loafers and other casual shoes way more comfortable.
